It’s like discovering an amazing amount of fabrics that have been accumulated throughout the years when you visit our warehouse at Arseno’s. Despite their superior quality, some textiles gradually fade into obscurity due to the changing popularity of certain materials.
When actions match words
As many businesses start to consider their environmental impact, Arseno is acting. In addition to using eco-friendly materials such as recycled cotton, we also upcycle our leftover textiles instead of disposing of them in landfills.
Upcycling is the term for this innovative and environmentally friendly strategy.
Larousse defines it as “giving a second life to materials or objects intended to be discarded […] by transforming them into value-added, aesthetic, and/or useful products […].” This strategy is entirely consistent with our sustainable development principles and GHG policy.
A 100% local, 100% conscious collection
This strategy results in a brand-new collection that is fully created and produced in our Quebec factory. To bring these dormant materials to life, we chose five models.
The outcome ? A limited-edition collection with a distinctly vintage aesthetic that is both distinctive and environmentally friendly.
